I am getting married in September, and over that period of time I want to get four to six more inches...... any suggestions? I'm not looking for a quick fix, I know there isnt one. I use prenatal vitamins. (you can buy them at walmart for like $5.)
they have a lot of viamins and folic acid, and all the stuff that you loose when you are prego. They make my nails AND hair grow, and also make them stronger.Wondering if anyone has tried the homemade vitamin C mask to stimulate hair growth?
keep it healthy, trim it, use a good shampoo- you can talk to your hairdresser about agood one- and don't color, and straighten it a whole lot. if you keep it healthy, it should grow about 4-5 inches by that time. hair grows about 1/2 in. each month.

i know go to a indian community get almond oil,castor oil,and cocunut oil also get natural henna or shikakai powder get a herbal shampoo there. trust me on this please
heat up almond oil with cocunut oil messeage it on hair alterntively message warm castor oil mix with almond oil. apply the henna every ten days or the shikakai powder. wash it off with a herbal shampoo
