Does exercising stimulate hair growth?

Absolutely! Exercising causes certain growth hormones to release in your body that stimulates things like hair growth.Does exercising stimulate hair growth?
i heard that the sweat will stimulate hair growth
NO, but if vitamins do. Try biotin and complex of vitamin A %26amp; B. I know for sure biotin helps hair and nail growth.
Hasn't done anything for me.
i dont think so, but they are going to charge u for asking 2 of the same questions, so get ready
Again, no.

Again, proper nutrition makes the biggest difference in hair growth.
