I NEED a good shampoo to stimulate hair growth??

I really want my hair to grow extremely long like it used to be, i got it relaxed and started using mouse to get it back curly, now i run out of options, and i need healthy long, manageable hair again what shampoo should i use and which one works, HEAD abd SHOULDERS or MANE and TAIL?? please helpI NEED a good shampoo to stimulate hair growth??
when you shampoo your hair massage your scalp really good all over... you need to eat right also,, vegs fruit,,etc,,,\shampoo only cleans the hair, like a bar of soap only cleans the skin. you need to really rub your scalp.


good luck,,, i would also use something like redkin products , when you use products from stores and not salon products your hair dryes out and breaks off,,I NEED a good shampoo to stimulate hair growth??

mane and tail, is amazing i used it for 4 months and it made my hair grow 6.5 inches. definitly the best buy
well man and tail works good. but for it to be healthy u cant sleep with mousse or hairspary in your hair. u shoul also look for products that have no alcohol because that kills ur hair. dnt shampoo it everyday and do a deep treatment once a week and use the mane and tail shampoo. try to stay away from gels and products with alcohol
Well, I don't know personally about any Shampoos that make your hair grow longer, but if you try these tricks, then it can certainly help it:


Try as much as you can to massage your head, this will generate more blood going to your head which would speed up growth in hair,


Every morning when you shower, before turning the water off; flick the hot temperature to freezing cold, this will speed up blood circulation to the heart, which again encourages the blood to be pumped round the body quicker - sounds weird, but give it a go.
