yes it does it creates oxygen flow in your body through the muscles which normally creates sweat the sweat acts as an exfoliant that causes the hair to stand on in ever get a cold chill notice how your hair stands up when the skin squeezes together like that it causes the hair fiber to grow when it becomes relaxed not a lot but it does so my answer yes it does cause it to grow so keep on exercising you go girl JW
