Does shaving cream stimulate hair growth?

thus leading us to finishing the shaving cream quicker, thus meaning more profit for the companyDoes shaving cream stimulate hair growth?
There would have to be hormones or some kind of chemical stimulant in the cream for that to happen, and it wouldn't really work that well as it's rinsed away so soon after being applied. The cost of that type of additive would make the product so much more expensive to produce, that even the profits from people having to buy the product faster wouldn't be enough to make it worthwhile.

Another thing ... the act of shaving doesn't stimulate hair growth or increase the thickness of the hair either. Hair isn't a living tissue.Does shaving cream stimulate hair growth?
I don't think so. I've used a lot of different stuff to shave with and I always have the same amount of re-growth the next morning.
No. I think it's just shaving even if you don't need to which stimulates hair growth.
