Rosemary oil. It stimulates the scalp. Research it online. It does really work. You can also take biotin.
Ginger! I read this in a medical journal years ago.





Make sure your hair is completely cleanm and apply mashed ginger or ginger slices for about 10-20 minutes a day.





Also, egg yolk can give your hair a silky and shiney texture!

A good tip to get your hair growing faster is to take multi vits. I know it sounds stupid but it really helps with hair growth and the hair will be shiner too.





Another good thing to do is really massarge your head when you shampoo it this helps stimulate blood flow to the head which encourages hair growth.





Ive been doing both these things and also getting it cut regulary to prevent split ends and breakage and mines growing really well.
