Are there any tips to stimulate hair growth?

i just cut my hair and i hate it. is there anything i can do to speed up my hair growing? i am guessing there isnt but i am just wondering,.Are there any tips to stimulate hair growth?
-Trim your ends every 8-10 weeks.


-When washing your hair massage your scalp.


-Use a deep conditioner atleast once a week.


-Apply a heat protectant before drying/straightening.


-Take a multivitamin, prenatal vitamins even.Are there any tips to stimulate hair growth?

I have heard that sulfar helps stimulate hair growth. Onions are loaded with sulfar. Try rubbing half a onion on your scalp after shampoing. The rubbing (massaging)of your scalp also helps promote new fast growth. There are also vitimins that are supposed to help, vitimin C %26amp; E.
