How can you stimulate hair growth on bald patch on a dog?

Weird question i know lol. My little puppy has a badly docked tail and has a really massive bald tip. Just wondering if anything can be done to make it grow back, will it always be like this? The breeder i got her from was obviously an idiot. She is 9wks old (dobermann pinscher).

Though shes perfect in every other way and i love her soo much :)How can you stimulate hair growth on bald patch on a dog?
If she is only nine weeks old I wouldnt be too worried about it, it can still grow out...

Dont think its much to do about it though...How can you stimulate hair growth on bald patch on a dog?
my horse had bald patches from due to scaring after an accident i used green oil which you can get from horsey outlets cheap enough, and after a few weeks the hair growth started and eventually recovered, when my dog cut her head while chasing a rabbit she too had a scar an bald patch so i used it on her too, same result, really good,as well i think the rubbing stimulated blood flow to the area which helped,
My dog developed a bald patch just over a year ago, it looks almost like something burned her skin, i have been cleaning it with tea tree and lavender oil for the past three months, applying hand cream after and it has started growing again from the outside.
I thought they stopped docking ears and tails

no the hair will never grow there

but as she gets older it will be less and less noticeable

just love her

Dolbies are very loyal and smart
ok, my puppy had to be shaved due to an infection . The vet had us put triple antibiotic cream on him to prevent further infection or further hair loss and he grew all of his hair back!
brushing the stub...lol

starts better blood flow and hair growth

but It might not grow back. think of a scar on your head, no hair in that spot

keep loving her!!
