Can you reccommend a cheap deep conditioner that will stimulate hair growth and make my hair ligher?

but mane and tail (a horse grooming shampoo adn conditioner) can make ur hair grow.


faster stronger and thicker. i dont know what you mean by lighter but it kinda does a color wash out. not right then adn there but throughout use.
