Biotin. It's a vitamin/mineral supplement available at any GNC or health food store...it's generally the main ingredient in the other ';nail/skin/hair'; vitamins--but I have found it's less expensive to just get the biotin. I swear that my hair grows faster when I remember to take them every day for like a month.
