Biotin is the vitamin that stimulates hair growth. You can find it in any store that sells vitamins.
I know that in the spring I feed my horses flax seed (freshly ground) and also biotin to promote and stimulate hoof growth, but I bet it helps with the hair growth too.
at Walgreen's they have a bottle of vitamins labeled ';hair skin and nails';. it helps hair grow and it strengthens it as well as making skin healthier and nails stronger and harder. but it has herbs in it so if you'r allergic dont take it.
